Definitely seeing evidence of this upswing real estate in theDilworth/Myers Park area in the last month or two. Listings that are priced right and are good properties, are only on the market for a few days. With numerous showings and multiple offers, some homes are under contract within a matter of days. I showed some clients a property 2 weeks ago. It was the first day it was on the market. There were 17 showings on that Saturday and they had an open house on that Sunday. Received notice from the listing agent that they were meeting with the sellers at 5 on Sunday evening to review their multiple offers. It was under contract two days later. That is not the only one going that fast…it’s getting a little crazy!!
