Michelle has been with First Properties of the Carolinas, Inc since 2013. She is in charge of the day-to-day operations of our property management department. If she is not in the office, she is out showing our properties to prospective tenants, meeting one of our service providers, or doing inspections. She is licensed in South Carolina in Property Management and is a licensed Real Estate Agent in North Carolina.
 
Both tenants and landlords love working with her. She treats both with respect and has a common-sense approach to her job. She is known and appreciated for her friendly personality and attention to detail.
