Kent is passionate about real estate. He is known for his attention to detail and his wit. He is a fun guy with a kind heart. He has been selling real estate since 1998 and has done a ton of transactions. Kent is the kind of guy that if you were at his 10-year-old birthday party - you all are still friends today. He and his wife Julie own First Properties of the Carolinas, Inc and he is also the broker in charge. Kent works with all types of residential clients from first-time buyers, to last-time retiring sellers. He also works with clients on land, commercial, and investment transactions throughout Charlotte, Lake Wylie, Clover, Fort Mill, Gastonia, and Rock Hill.
 
Kent is one of the most successful Real Estate Agents in the Charlotte region year after year. He has been recognized for many awards throughout the years including “Top 15 Real Estate Agent in Charlotte” by ChoiceHomeWarranty.com and multiple “Best in Client Satisfaction” from Charlotte Magazine.
 
Kent graduated from Clemson University. He and his wife Julie have 2 daughters, Jackie and Vanessa, that are out making their way in the world. Kent goes to Imagine Church and has served several times with the Kairos Ministry - a ministry created to address the spiritual needs of incarcerated men. 
 
Kent works hard and he plays hard. Orange is the main color in his wardrobe and he is a huge Clemson Tiger Fan. He loves sports and also follows the Carolina Panthers, Miami Dolphins, Detroit Tigers, and the Pittsburgh Penguins. He loves to fish, hunt, and golf. Kent has a client for life philosophy and is known for staying in touch and being available for advice or a quick question.
